Perfect World Brewing is a family-owned, 7bbl, brewery located in the industrial section of Albany NY. We currently offer a few traditional and style-bending beers in 16 oz cans. We will also fill your growler, or, if you care to hang around and swap brewing stories, we can pour you a pint. We don’t have a kitchen, but we’ll be happy to share some delicious pretzels or nuts.

In addition to the beers we have in cans, on draft, there’s an experimental infusion of wild-
foraged black raspberries and Saskatoon berries into our Proper Lager.

In a perfect world, all styles can integrate seamlessly. It takes ingredients from the U.S. Germany, Belgium and Czech Republic to make Proper Lager. Enjoy.

Too Much Coffee Porter

8% ABV

My dad and I spent years honing the perfect Baltic porter and then decided we wanted it to be a coffee Porter too. So, we took what we knew to be way too much coffee and then doubled that amount. We added it after carbonation was completed, so no aromas would be lost, and canned up what is essentially 100% coffee and 100% beer. It might be 200% of each if we’re honest.

Extraordinary Cirtus N.E.I.P.A

6.5% ABV

Not the fastest to brew, but our try for the best. We want to keep all the aromas possible, so we wait until the very end, after carbonation is compete, before adding the hops. As many as will fit, Citra and Simcoe. The Juice worth the squeeze.
